Our Leadership

Our church structure consists of six teams:

1. Overseers

   • The Lead Pastors are directly overseen by a group of separate (outside BSC) accountability partners.

2. Lead Pastors

   • Pastors Dan and Amy Perkins are the senior and lead pastors as well as the visionaries of Boulder Street Church.

3. Board of Elders

   • The board of elders is the official board of Boulder Street Church. It is made up of the Lead Pastor and leaders from within this church who meet the Titus 1 and 1 Timothy 3 qualifications, and have a deep love for and a relationship with BSC. The Board of Elders is responsible for the following:

     • Determining Lead Pastor’s compensation

     • Approving annual budgets

     • Approving any acquisitions, land purchases, and building construction

     • Establishing governing policy and protocol

4. Pastoral Team

   • This team is made up of our pastoral leaders. They meet to advise and strategize about the present and future ministry of BSC. They represent and oversee the implementation of the church’s vision to the key ministry areas and staff.

5. Staff Team

   • This team is comprised of pastors, directors, and administrative staff and is responsible for the planning, operations, and implementation of our many areas of ministry.

6. Members

   • Members are the fully committed church body that are being equipped by the pastors and staff to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12) and fulfilling the five elements of the membership.
